Shipping

We ship Australia Wide using Australia Post.  We do not ship internationally (at this stage!).

Alternatively, you may be able to collect from one our markets that we attend.  Please add a note to your order if this is preferred.

If you have a specific timeline to receive your order, please advise when you place your order online.

Please allow up to 15 working days from date of order for dispatch. Everything we make is generally made to order unless we have some stock on hand.

If there are any delays, we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.  From time to time, the volume of orders may result in a slightly longer time.  Peak periods may also incur longer time periods before dispatch.

The transport times are as indicated by Australia Post and we are unable to have any control over delays that may occur.  We take no responsibility for your order once it has been posted.

Tracking

All orders are sent via Australia Post or Sendle depending on the size and weight of the order  and tracking numbers are available for all orders.  A tracking number will be advised soon after your order has been dispatched.

Order Times

All our items are made to order. Please allow three (3) weeks for your order to be made and then shipped. Of your order is urgent please get in touch so that we are able to cater for that.
